Policies

At the time of reservation a one or two night deposit is required depending on the the length of stay, the balance is due unpon check in.


Check in time is between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If these times do not work for you please call ahead to make special arrangements and we will be glad to accommodate you.

Check out time is by 11:00 am or an additional nights rental will be charged. We need adequate time to clean the cabin for our next guest.

Most of our cabins are pet friendly cabins
There is an additional fee of $7.00 per night
Only one pet per cabin unless other arrangements have been made
Pets may not be left unattended unless kenneled
Pets must be leashed when outdoors
Pets are not allowed on furniture unless covered--we will provide special linens for this use
You must clean up after your pet
Pets must have all vaccinations up to date

If furniture is not covered and there is an excessive amount of hair to clean up an extra cleaning feel will be charged. Any damages caused by your pet will be accessed and you will be charged for any necessary repairs. We will have a pet agreement contract that you will sign at the time of check in.

Early departures are nonrefundable. 30 day cancellation notice is required during holidays and 10 days notice is required for other times of the year. The full fee will be charged on any cabins not given the proper notice of cancellations unless the cabin can be re-rented. THERE IS A $25.00 FEE CHARGED ON ALL CANCELLATIONS.
